Article 1 (Purpose) These terms and

this is to stipulate the rights, duties and responsibilities of location market
users.
Article 2 (Definition)
① “Location Market” is a virtual virtual
market set up so that Location Plus can trade media information using
information and communication facilities such as computers to provide goods or
services and media information (hereinafter referred to as “goods, etc.”) to
users. It refers to a business place, and is also used in the sense of a
business operator operating a “location market”.
② “Users” refer to members and non-members
who access the “Location Market” and receive the services provided by the
“Location Market” in accordance with these terms and conditions.
③ ‘Member’ refers to a person who has
registered as a member of the “Mall” and can continuously use the services
provided by the “Mall”.
④ ‘Non-member’ refers to a person who uses
the service provided by the “Mall” without registering as a member.
Article 3 (Explanation, explanation and
revision of terms and conditions, etc.)

of these Terms and Conditions, name of company and representative, business
address (including address where customer complaints can be handled), phone
number, e-mail address, business registration number, mail-order business

terms and conditions, the amended terms and conditions apply only to contracts
concluded after the effective date, and the provisions of the terms and
conditions before the amendment are applied to contracts already concluded
before that date. However, in the event that a user who has already signed a
contract transmits his/her wish to be subject to the provisions of the amended
terms and conditions to the “location market” within the notice period of the
amended terms under Paragraph 3 and receives the consent of the “location
market,” the provisions of the amended terms and conditions This applies.
⑥ Regarding matters not stipulated in these
Terms and Conditions and the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the
Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc., the Act on Regulation
of Terms and Conditions, 「Guidelines for Consumer Protection
in Electronic Commerce, etc.」 and related laws or
regulations or according to customs.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)
① “Location Market” performs the following
tasks.
1. Provision of information on media
information, etc. and conclusion of a purchase contract
2. Disclosure of media information for
which a purchase contract has been concluded, reservation agency, and delivery
of goods
3. Other tasks determined by “Location
Market”
② “Location Market” may change the content
of goods or services to be provided by contracts to be concluded in the future
in case the goods or services are out of stock or technical specifications are
changed. In this case, the contents of the changed goods or services and the
date of provision shall be specified, and the contents of the current goods or
services will be immediately notified to the place where they are posted.
③ If the contents of the service contracted
with the user to be provided by the “Location Market” are changed due to
reasons such as out of stock of goods or changes in technical specifications,
the reason is immediately notified to the address where the user can be
notified.
④ In the case of the preceding paragraph,
“Location Market” compensates the user for any damage caused by this. However,
this is not the case if the “Location Market” proves that there is no intention
or negligence.
Article 5 (Suspension of Service)
① “Location Market” may temporarily suspend
the provision of services in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement,
breakdown of information and communication equipment such as computers, or
interruption of communication.
② “Location Market” compensates for damages
suffered by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of the
provision of services due to the reasons in Paragraph 1. However, this is not
the case if the “Location Market” proves that there is no intention or
negligence.
③ In the event that the service cannot be
provided for reasons such as conversion of business items, abandonment of
business, integration between companies, etc., the “Location Market” shall
notify the user in the manner stipulated in Article 8 and comply with the
conditions originally presented by the “Location Market”. Compensate consumers
accordingly. However, if the “location market” does not notify the compensation
standards, etc., the mileage or reserve of the users will be paid to the user
in kind or in cash corresponding to the currency value used in the “location
market”.
Article 6 (Membership)
① The user applies for membership by
filling in member information according to the registration form set by the
“leejiral” and expressing his/her intention to agree to these terms and
conditions.
② “Location Market” registers as a member
among users who have applied for membership as described in Paragraph 1, unless
they fall under any of the following subparagraphs.
1. If the applicant for membership has
previously lost his/her membership in accordance with Article 7 (3) of this
Agreement, however, 3 years have passed since the loss of membership under
Article 7 (3) and re-subscribe as a member of the “Location Market” Exceptions are made when consent is obtained.

member is significantly impeded by the technology of “Location Market”
③ The time of establishment of the
membership contract is the time when the approval of the “location market”
reaches the member.
④ In the event that there is a change in
the information registered at the time of membership registration, the member
shall notify the “location market” of the change within a reasonable period of
time, such as by modifying member information.
Article 7 (Member withdrawal and loss of
qualifications, etc.)
① Members may request withdrawal from the
“Location Market” at any time, and the “Location Market” will immediately
process the membership withdrawal.
② If a member falls under any of the
following reasons, the “Location Market” may restrict or suspend membership.
1. In case of registering false information
when applying for membership
2. If the member does not pay the debts
borne by the member in relation to the use of the “location market” or the
price of goods purchased using the “location market”
3. In case of threatening the order of
e-commerce, such as interfering with other people's use of the "Location
Market" or stealing the information
4. In the event of using the “Location
Market” to conduct an act prohibited by laws or these terms and conditions or
contrary to public order and morals
③ After "Location Market"
restricts or suspends membership, if the same action is repeated twice or more,
or if the cause is not corrected within 30 days, "Location Market"
may lose membership.
④ In the event that “Location Market” loses
membership, membership registration is cancelled. In this case, the member is
notified and given an opportunity to explain by setting a period of at least 30
days before the membership registration is cancelled.
Article 8 (Terms of entry and affiliate
membership)
① Users can enter and partner with the
“Location Market” according to the application form and procedure set by the
“Location Market” and are finally approved after the contract is established
between the Company and the member applying for the store.
② If the user falls under any of the
following after the final approval as a member of the store, the “Location
Market” may limit and suspend the membership of the store.
1. In case of registering false information
when applying for membership
2. In case of violating the terms of the
“Location Market” contract
Article 9 (Notification to Members)
① In the event that the “Mall” notifies the
member, it may be sent to the e-mail address designated by the member in
advance with the “Location Market”.
② “Location Market” may substitute
individual notices by posting on the bulletin board of “Location Market” for
more than one week in case of notification to a large number of unspecified
members. However, individual notices are given for matters that have a
significant impact on the member's own transaction.
Article 10 (Application for Purchase)
① Users of “Location Market” apply for
purchase on “Location Market” by the following or similar methods, and
“Location Market” shall provide each of the following information in an
easy-to-understand manner to users when applying for purchase.
1. Search and select media information and
goods
2. Input of name, address, phone number,
e-mail address (or mobile phone number), etc.
3. Confirmation of contents related to cost
burden, such as the contents of the terms and conditions, services with limited
right to withdraw subscription, and other additional costs such as the right to
use

and conditions and confirming or rejecting the items in subparagraph 3. above

5. Application for purchase of goods, etc.

6. Selection of payment method
② If it is necessary for the “Location
Market” to provide or entrust the purchaser’s personal information to a third
party, the purchaser’s consent must be obtained at the time of the actual
purchase application, and comprehensive consent is not obtained in advance when
registering as a member. In this case, “Location Market” shall specify to the
purchaser the items of personal information to be provided, the recipient, the
purpose of use of the recipient’s personal information, and the period of
retention and use. However, if there are other provisions in the relevant laws,
such as the case of consignment handling of personal information pursuant to
Article 25 Paragraph 1 of the 「Act on Promotion of
Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection,
etc.」, it shall be followed.
Article 11 (Establishment of Contract)
① “Location Market” may not accept the
purchase application as in Article 10 if it falls under any of the following
subparagraphs. However, in the case of entering into a contract with a minor,
the minor or his/her legal representative must notify that the contract may be
canceled if the consent of the legal representative is not obtained.
1. In case of false, omission, or error in
the application details
2. When a minor purchases goods and services
prohibited by the Youth Protection Act, such as tobacco and alcohol
3. If it is judged that accepting other
purchase requests is significantly impeded by the technology of the “Location
Market”
② The contract is deemed to have been
established when the consent of the “Location Market” reaches the user in the
form of a receipt confirmation notice in Article 12 (1).
③ In the expression of consent of “Location
Market”, information on the confirmation of the user's purchase application and
availability of sale, correction or cancellation of the purchase application,
etc. must be included.
Article 12 (Method of Payment)
The
method of payment for goods or services purchased from “Location Market” can be
made by any of the following methods available. However, "Location
Market" cannot collect any nominal fee in addition to the price of goods,
etc. for the user's payment method.
1. Various account transfers such as phone
banking, internet banking, and mail banking
2. Various card payments such as prepaid
cards, debit cards, and credit cards
3. Online bankbook deposit
4. Payment by electronic money
5. Payment upon receipt
6. Payment by points paid by “Location
Market” such as mileage
7. Payment by gift certificate contracted
with “Location Market” or recognized by “Location Market”
8. Payment by other electronic payment
methods, etc.
Article 13 (Receipt Confirmation Notification,
Change and Cancellation of Purchase Application)
① "Location Market" notifies the
user of receipt confirmation when there is a user's purchase request.
② The user who received the acknowledgment
notice may request to change or cancel the purchase application immediately
after receiving the acknowledgment notice if there is any discrepancy in
intention, etc. It must be processed on request. However, if the payment has
already been made, the provisions regarding withdrawal of subscription, etc. in
Article 16 shall apply.
Article 14 (Supply of Goods, etc.)
① Unless there is a separate agreement with
the user regarding the supply period of media information and goods, etc., the
“Location Market” shall provide other necessary Take action. However, if
"Location Market" has already received all or part of the payment for
goods, etc., it will take action within 3 business days from the date of
receiving all or part of the payment. In addition, in principle, for items that
can be supplied immediately after purchase, such as media information,
information is disclosed immediately after payment, and in this case, the
“Location Market” takes appropriate measures so that users can check the supply
procedure and progress of media information and goods.
② “Location Market” specifies the delivery
method, delivery cost bearer by means, delivery period by means, etc. for media
information and goods purchased by users. If "Location Market"
exceeds the contracted delivery period, it must compensate the user for damages.
However, this is not the case if the “Location Market” proves that there is no
intention or negligence.
Article 15 (Refund)
In
the event that the goods requested by the user cannot be delivered or provided
due to out-of-stock, etc., the “mall” shall notify the reason to the user
without delay, and if payment for the goods, etc. has been received in advance,
the Refund or take action necessary for refund within 3 business days. In
addition, in the case of media information that has already been purchased and
whose information has been disclosed, a refund is possible if it falls under
any of the following subparagraphs.
1. If the purchased media information is
incorrect or changed from the actual information
2. If the location of the purchased media
information is lost or disappeared
Article 16 (Withdrawal of subscription,
etc.)
① A user who has concluded a contract for
the purchase of media information and goods with the “Location Market” shall
receive the document regarding the contract contents pursuant to Article 13 (2)
of the 「Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic
Commerce, Etc.」 If the supply of goods, etc. is made
later than when the written notice is received, the subscription can be
withdrawn within 7 days from the date the goods are supplied or the supply of
goods is started). However, if there is any other provision in the 「Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.」 regarding withdrawal of subscription, the provisions of this Act
shall apply.
② When a user purchases media information
or receives goods, etc., returns or exchanges cannot be made in the following
cases.

damaged due to reasons attributable to the user (however, if the packaging is
damaged to check the contents of the goods, etc., the subscription may be
withdrawn)
2. If the value of goods, etc. has
significantly decreased due to the use or partial consumption of the user
3. When the value of goods, etc. has
significantly decreased to the extent that resale is difficult due to the
passage of time
4. If it is possible to reproduce with
goods, etc. with the same performance, if the original packaging of the goods,
etc. is damaged

of the user after the disclosure (purchase) of media information
2. When a refund is requested for personal
reasons such as the user's circumstances (personal schedule, estimate, etc.)
3. In case of requesting a refund because
permission is not possible after purchasing simple information rather than as a
proxy for permission through “Location Market”
③ In the case of Paragraph 2 <Goods,
etc.> Nos. 2 to 4, the “Location Market” shall specify in advance the fact
that the withdrawal of subscription is restricted in a place where consumers
can easily understand it or take measures such as providing a trial product. If
not, the user's withdrawal of subscription is not restricted.
④ Notwithstanding the provisions of
Paragraphs 1 and 2, if the contents of media information and goods are
different from the contents of the display or advertisement or the contents of
the contract are different, the user must do so within 3 months from the date
of receiving the goods, etc. You can withdraw your subscription within 30 days
from the date you knew or could have known about it.
Article 17 (Effect of Withdrawal of
Subscription, etc.)
① “Location Market” will refund the payment
for goods, etc. that have already been paid within 3 business days when goods,
etc. are returned from the user. In this case, when the “location market”
delays the refund of goods, etc. to the user, the delayed interest calculated
by multiplying the delay period by the delayed interest rate prescribed in
Article 22-2 of the 「Enforcement Decree of the Consumer
Protection Act in Electronic Commerce, Etc.」 shall be
paid. do.
② In the case of refunding the above price,
when the user pays for goods, etc. with a payment method such as credit card or
electronic money, the “Mall” shall promptly request the payment for the goods,
etc. Request to suspend or cancel.
③ In case of withdrawal of subscription,
etc., the cost required to return the supplied goods, etc. shall be borne by
the user. “Location Market” does not claim a penalty or compensation for
damages from the user for the reason of withdrawal of subscription, etc.
However, if the contents of goods, etc. are different from the displayed or
advertised contents, or if the contract is performed differently and the
subscription is withdrawn, the cost necessary to return the goods, etc. shall
be borne by the “Location Market”. ④ When the
