서울시 홍제동에 있는 지하 약 520m의 산책로를 서울시에서 지하 예술 공간인 미술관으로 조성하여 관리하고 있다 상가 건물을 받치는 100여 개 기둥 사이로 특히 야간에는 형형색색의 조명이 비쳐 환상적인 분위기가 물씬 풍긴다 흐르는 물길을 따라 각종 설치미술, 미디어 아트등이 전시되며 오전 10시부터 오후 10시까지 개방하며(연중무휴), 입장료는 없다.
