44년간 냉동창고로 쓰이던 곳을 클럽으로 만들어서 문화 대관을 하는 곳 150평규모의 내부공간 안쪽은 영화25인 냉동창고의 특성을 살려 영상 5~10도를 유지하는 국내 유일의 추운공간. 영화 , 광고, 화보 촬영, 기업행사 대관이 많이 이루어 지는 곳 속초바다가 문을 나서면 바로 앞이라서 위치가 좋다. 내부벽 재질이 금속이라서 조명을 먹이면 빛 번짐이 좋음. 모던한 사이버펑키적인 공간이다.
