    지하 1층부터 지상 2층까지, 총 약70평대 (지하 25 / 1층 40 / 2층 10) 규모의 갤러리형 복합문화공간으로, 전시, 팝업스토어, 파티 및 행사 등, 다양한 컨텐츠의 운영이 가능합니다. 5가지 공간으로 구성되어 있으며, 씽크대와 냉장,냉동고가 설치되어 있고 식음 또한 가능해서 다양한 행사에도 최적화 되어 있습니다. 1층은 폐공장을 리모델링하여, 철제산업 메카인 주변의 특성을 살린 '비계' 구조물을 컨셉으로 구성이 되어있고 2층은 복도식으로 긴 형태이며, 주변이 훤히 보이는 통창을 보유하고 있습니다. 지하는 바리솔 천으로 벽체가 구성되어, 내부 간접조명 및 빔프로젝터 사용시에 스크린으로 활용 가능하게끔 구성되어 있어 특별한 공간을 체험할 수 있습니다. *주차는 인근 공영주차장을 이용하시길 바랍니다.
