  1988년에 지어진 단층의 빈티지, 레트로 주택형 스튜디오입니다. 작은 마당과 미니 옥상을 포함하여 약 33평형의 공간으로 전체 대관합니다. ㄱ자 형태의 구조로, ㄱ자 모양 그대로 외창을 모두 떼어 개방감 있는 촬영이 가능하며, 각기 다른 느낌으로 꾸며진 공간에서 다양한 연출, 촬영이 가능합니다. 메인 촬영 스팟은 물론, 마당에 있는 미니 옥상, 그곳으로 올라가는 타일로 된 예쁜 돌계단, 다락방까지 세심한 시선으로 보시면 같은 공간도 다르게 느껴질 매력적인 공간이 많답니다. 주인장이 하나하나 모은 가구와 소품들로 오랜 시간을 들여 꾸몄습니다. 계절과 분위기에 맞게 계속 업데이트할 예정이니 많은 관심 부탁드려요. * 영상 콘텐츠, 광고, 영화, 드라마, 뮤직비디오 촬영 등 촬영 목적을 알려주시면 감사하겠습니다.
