학교 기숙사나 회사 기숙사 느낌으로 4인용으로 만들어져있다. 올라가는 계단 위에서 뮤비 영상을 찍는 것도 구도적으로 이쁘게 나올 것 같습니다. 4인이 이용할 수 있는 책상과 좌식으로 차를 마시는 장소도 있습니다. 복도의 바닥은 레드이고 벽은 전부 화이트로 되어있어 색 매치가 잘 어울립니다. 1인실 기숙사도 아늑한 느낌과 시스루로 된 화이트 커텐이 있어 사랑스러움이 돋보입니다. (서울시 소재, 협의팀에게 별도로)

The date of use
- 7일 ~ 3일전 취소 - 취소 수수료 없음
- 2일전 취소 - 30% 제외 후 환불
- 1일전 취소 - 70% 제외 후 환불
- 당일 취소 - 100% 제외 후 환불

Caution
If you damage the facility during space rental, you have to compensate the space for the damage. If the time is over, the extra fee will be paid on-site. (Happens every hour) If the number of users exceeds the number of users differently from the pre-booking, request overpayment. You can't get a refund even if you use less than the rental time.
