버려진듯한 옛 공장 느낌을 원한다면 이곳이 딱 맞을 것 같아요! 야외도 넓고 안에도 꾸미기 좋을 것 같습니다. 뮤비, 영화, 드라마 안 어울리는 게 없는 벽돌 공장입니다! 밖에 풍경은 산과 나무로 가득합니다. (경기도 파주, 협의팀에게 별도로)

The date of use
- 7일 ~ 3일전 취소 - 취소 수수료 없음
- 2일전 취소 - 30% 제외 후 환불
- 1일전 취소 - 70% 제외 후 환불
- 당일 취소 - 100% 제외 후 환불

Caution
If you damage the facility during space rental, you have to compensate the space for the damage. If the time is over, the extra fee will be paid on-site. (Happens every hour) If the number of users exceeds the number of users differently from the pre-booking, request overpayment. You can't get a refund even if you use less than the rental time.
