예전에 모텔이었던 곳이었으나 새로운 도로의 개통으로 상권이 완전히 사라져 방치된 채로 살아 온지 어언 10여년. 우리는 이곳을 고양이 보금자리에서 LOMA의 새로운 아지트로 탈바꿈 시키기 위해 계획 중이다. 전기 수도 화장실이 불가하다. 하지만 멀지 않은 곳에 식당이 있어 이곳에 사용료 협의를 하면 될것 같다. 주변에 민가가 없어서 밤샘 촬영이 용이하다. 한가지 고려할 점은 밤이 되면 ..... 무섭다는게 .... 이 심리적인 것만 넘는다면 좋은 공간이다. 주변 주차공간이 넓다. 제반여건에서 플러스 점수....++++++
